What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone number, email address, site postcode and details of the job. We also record which advert or search brought you to the site (for example a Google Ads click ID) so we know which adverts work.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out any work you ask us to do (legitimate interests and steps before entering a contract). We keep enquiry data for up to 2 years unless you become a customer.

Cookies and advertising

With your consent, we use Google Ads cookies to measure which adverts lead to enquiries. If you accept, a hashed (scrambled) version of your email or phone number may be shared with Google to match enquiries to ad clicks. If you reject, no advertising cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Who we share it with

Our website host (Netlify) and, with consent, Google. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
